Freestyle Biomechanics

​​We hope you agree that the information we have been able to extract from our high-speed, multi-camera research is unique. 

As you study the successive sections, you will see how we have used the technology to observe and better answer questions relating to parts of the Freestyle that have, up to now, remained uncertain. 

We are pleased to offer the Manual at no additional cost and hope it proves useful in reinforcing the material covered in the videos.

Compiling the manual was labor-intensive but certainly rewarding. The text and captured freeze-frame images from the videos help us expand on the video narration.  

We are grateful for the continued stream of positive comments.  It is reassuring to know that the program material is of value to Freestylers of all levels of experience.
